What Are You Reading?

Since we have the time, I’ve been reading a City of Bones (Mortal Instruments) by Cassandra Clare. It’s a six book YA Fantasy series. I read her Infernal Devices series first and loved it. The Mortal Instruments series isn’t written as well as the Infernal Devices, but I must continue on.

What books are you reading? Are you enjoying them, and would you recommend to others?

  1. Yes, I remember you recommending this author, read one of her books and loved it..now I must take another look. But am currently doing the full Dickens re-read… I have all the hardback novels as a legacy from my Great Uncle, but the print is so tiny I decided to log on to the wonderful project Gutenberg…now reading with ease on my Kindle 😉 Currently enthralled by A Tale of Two Cities (gulp) eerily appropriate…think I’ll go for a comedy next! Keep safe xx

    1. The full Dickens! I should really go back and read some classics or even my favorite books. I wonder if I’d experience the book differently. You keep safe too.

  2. My latest read is not that exciting. It’s more about career writers and how they made it etc. The book is called: “The Forest for the Trees” by Betsy Lerner.

  3. Borrowed Ted Chiang’s Exhalations from my local library. In speculative short stories he explores the ways technology (or magic) distorts, alters, or mimics human behavior. Haven’t finished it yet. Unconventional to say the least.
