It’s been quite a while since I even visited my blog let alone post anything.
Time is fleeting.
Madness takes it toll.
We’ve been spending so much time on our new home that I’ve neglected so many things, like my dear readers. 😀 Loves ya!
I hope to be back at a normal blogging pace, but if I’m not, just remember it’s a year of forgiveness. What, you didn’t know? Well, it is!
Time does fly, though. My husband and I are now in our 50’s. The other day I mentioned to him that if we’re lucky, we have maybe 30 more years left to live. He was like, “that’s a pleasant thought.” LOL!
On another note, those who do visit my blog on a regular basis know how I’ve struggled with learning German. Well *drum roll* I finally enrolled in an online course through the Goethe Institute. It was a sizeable cost, so hopefully it will kick me in the butt to learn.
And another note…I’ve been enjoying my yoga and meditation practices. As I’ve stated before, I’m a huge fan of Yoga with Adriene. She is awesome and funny, so if you’re looking to build strength and flexibility without all the rough structure of a workout, check her out. I also love her approach to not forcing your body, but finding what feels good. She offers free videos on YouTube or you can become a member, like me, through her Find What Feels Good site. I also have Insight Timer downloaded on my phone for meditations. It’s a social media platform, too, where I spend time posting to groups. I love it because everyone there is positive. There’s no negativity, which is a beautiful thing to embrace in life.

Always find a smile and a laugh a day, you’d be surprised how it can get you through the toughest times.
